The room was nice, but a bit basic. The air conditioning wasn’t working great during that heat wave, which made it tough to sleep. It got fixed eventually, but too late for my comfort. The space itself was small, nothing luxury about it. The breakfast was really good, though. Lots of options and great coffee! Staff were super friendly, going out of their way to help. Just wish the room was cooler from the start.

The location of Lozenge was excellent, allowing easy access to major sites, shopping, and great dining options. My room was spacious and featured a large balcony, providing a pleasant outdoor space. The breakfast selection was high-quality, offering fresh, made-to-order coffee and a range of tasty options that exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel is situated in an upscale area with trendy cafes and bars. The large balcony of our Junior Suite provided a wonderful outdoor space to relax in the evenings.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially with the spacious room and the daily complimentary drinks that were a nice touch. The rooftop terrace was perfect to relax on after a long day, and the pool was a great bonus too. Just a heads up, the mattress was a bit softer than what we prefer, but it didn't ruin our experience at all! 😊

the suite was spacious with a lovely balcony and a comfy sofa. it had all the amenities, including a coffee machine and refrigerator. the breakfast spread was impressive, featuring fresh pastries and made-to-order coffee. the staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help. i really enjoyed the relaxing spa facilities offered here.

Staying at this hotel was fantastic for our family, especially visiting the National Garden. The kids loved the playground, and we enjoyed relaxing at the cafés after exploring the beautiful greenery. The hotel’s staff was gracious, making our stay unforgettable, just like everyone's raving about the breakfast buffet.

My kids wished the sofa bed was a little softer for better comfort during sleep.
